Refund policy


14-DAY RETURNS

We’re confident in the quality of our products, but if something isn’t right for you or you’ve changed your mind, eligible items may be returned unopened, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact within 14 days of receipt.

Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for products where the seal has been broken, even if unused. This is to protect the safety of our customers and our team.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Any product that has been opened or used

  • Items without original sealed packaging, unless faulty or damaged

  • Customised items, such as printed apparel

  • Items returned without prior authorisation

Products that have been opened and are malfunctioning may be eligible for return only under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Shipping charges will be refunded only when the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).

All returns must be pre-authorised. Unauthorised returns will be refused.


How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, ensure your item meets the return conditions, then email us at hello@condomkingdom.com.au with:

  • Your order number or receipt

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for return

  • Whether the item is opened or unopened

Returns made without approval or after 14 days will not be eligible for store credit or refund.


Return Inspection & Store Credit

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s).
If they meet all return conditions and match your description, we will issue store credit via email.


Do You Pay for Return Shipping?

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are only issued in cases where the return was due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect product).
If your return qualifies for a refund, you’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.


What If My Product Is Faulty?

Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects. Warranty terms vary by brand, including coverage length, proof of purchase, and claim requirements.

If your item is covered by a manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.

If your product has no warranty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@condomkingdom.com.au.

If you purchased your product in-store, you must notify us of any faults within 7 days of purchase, as per the policy displayed in store.
